Michael Kentor, JD, CLU®, ChFC® is the founder of The Kentor Company. Since 1969, Michael has helped individuals and families develop comprehensive financial plans for preserving and accumulating wealth. He is licensed to sell securities and insurance in numerous states, allowing him to utilize a broad array of investment and tax strategies.

Michael attended the University of Texas School of Law, and was admitted to the State Bar in 1972, The United States Supreme Court and Tax Court in 1979. He has served as an expert witness in litigation in state and Federal courts, as well as in Securities Arbitration. Michael’s undergraduate education is from Indiana University and The University of Texas, where he was awarded his B.A. in 1969.

Board of Director experience includes The Association for Advanced Life Underwriting of Washington, D.C., Goodwill Industries of Central Texas, SafePlace Foundation and Communities in Schools. Michael is a member of the State Bar of Texas, The American Bar Association, and the Non-Practicing Alumni Advisory Council for the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
